mailmanmyrve: “Garbha Pindasana” I did this on Wednesday. I got one arm through alright but my teacher Moksha had to pull my left arm through my legs, with his foot on my knee for leverage.. lol. It’s actually amazing what your body can do with a bit of help. So stoked to be back at yoga again :3 hopefully after this week my body will get over the shock of being thrown back into practice after not doing any for three months. Via fuckyeahyoga
